Un copil cu o motiva\u021bie intrinsec\u0103 dezvoltat\u0103 cite\u0219te o carte nu pentru c\u0103 i s-a promis o bomboan\u0103, ci pentru c\u0103 este curios de poveste. \u00cenva\u021b\u0103 o poezie nu de frica unei note proaste, ci pentru c\u0103 \u00eei place ritmul \u0219i frumuse\u021bea cuvintelor sau vrea s\u0103 impresioneze cu cuno\u0219tin\u021bele sale. Deseneaz\u0103 pentru c\u0103 procesul crea\u021biei \u00eei aduce bucurie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen contrast, <strong>motiva\u021bia extrinsec\u0103<\/strong> se bazeaz\u0103 pe stimuli externi: recompense, note, laude, evitarea pedepselor, presiunea p\u0103rin\u021bilor sau a profesorilor. De\u0219i stimulii externi pot avea un efect pe termen scurt (&#8222;faci temele \u2013 mergi afar\u0103 s\u0103 te joci&#8221;), ei au o serie de dezavantaje:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Durat\u0103 scurt\u0103:<\/strong> Efectul dispare imediat ce stimulul dispare. Copilul \u00ee\u0219i pierde interesul pentru activitate dac\u0103 nu i se mai promite o recompens\u0103.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sc\u0103derea interesului:<\/strong> Paradoxal, utilizarea constant\u0103 a recompenselor externe pentru o activitate care ini\u021bial era interesant\u0103 \u00een sine pentru copil, poate ucide motiva\u021bia intrinsec\u0103. Activitatea \u00eencepe s\u0103 fie asociat\u0103 nu cu pl\u0103cerea, ci cu ob\u021binerea unui &#8222;premiu&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Focalizarea pe rezultat, nu pe proces:<\/strong> Copilul tinde s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 recompensa pe calea cea mai u\u0219oar\u0103, uneori chiar prin \u00een\u0219el\u0103ciune, \u00een loc s\u0103 se bucure de procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i s\u0103 depun\u0103 eforturi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stres \u0219i anxietate:<\/strong> Presiunea constant\u0103 (&#8222;trebuie s\u0103 faci&#8221;, &#8222;dac\u0103 nu faci&#8230;&#8221;) poate provoca stres, anxietate, fric\u0103 de e\u0219ec \u0219i chiar aversiune fa\u021b\u0103 de activitate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De aceea este at\u00e2t de important s\u0103 ne concentr\u0103m pe dezvoltarea <strong>motiva\u021biei intrinseci<\/strong>. Copiii ghida\u021bi de stimuli interni sunt mai perseveren\u021bi, mai creativi, se bucur\u0103 mai mult de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i de via\u021b\u0103 \u00een general, dep\u0103\u0219esc mai u\u0219or dificult\u0103\u021bile \u0219i au o stim\u0103 de sine mai ridicat\u0103. Ei \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 pentru ei \u00een\u0219i\u0219i, nu pentru altcineva. Conform acestei teorii, fiecare persoan\u0103 are trei nevoi psihologice de baz\u0103, a c\u0103ror satisfacere contribuie la dezvoltarea motiva\u021biei intrinseci, la cre\u0219terea psihologic\u0103 \u0219i la bun\u0103stare:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Autonomia:<\/strong> Nevoia de a se sim\u021bi st\u0103p\u00e2n pe propriile ac\u021biuni, de a avea alegeri \u0219i control asupra vie\u021bii sale. Este sentimentul c\u0103 &#8222;fac asta pentru c\u0103 am decis eu&#8221;, nu &#8222;pentru c\u0103 am fost obligat(\u0103)&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Competen\u021ba:<\/strong> Nevoia de a se sim\u021bi eficient, capabil s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 provoc\u0103rile \u0219i s\u0103 ating\u0103 obiective. Este credin\u021ba \u00een propriile for\u021be \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bi \u2013 &#8222;pot s\u0103 fac asta&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rela\u021bionarea \/ Apartenen\u021ba:<\/strong> Nevoia de a sim\u021bi o conexiune cu al\u021bi oameni, de a face parte dintr-o comunitate, de a sim\u021bi grij\u0103, sprijin \u0219i acceptare. Este sentimentul c\u0103 &#8222;sunt iubit(\u0103) \u0219i pre\u021buit(\u0103) a\u0219a cum sunt&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sarcina noastr\u0103 ca p\u0103rin\u021bi este s\u0103 cre\u0103m condi\u021bii \u00een care aceste trei nevoi ale copilului s\u0103 fie satisf\u0103cute la maximum. Acesta va fi fundamentul pentru dezvoltarea <strong>motiva\u021biei sale intrinseci<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Strategii_pentru_formarea_motivatiei_intrinseci_la_copii_fara_presiune\"><\/span>Strategii pentru formarea motiva\u021biei intrinseci la copii f\u0103r\u0103 presiune<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Cum trecem de la teorie la practic\u0103? Oferi\u021bi-i s\u0103 aleag\u0103 o carte pentru citit, o tem\u0103 pentru un proiect, un tip de sport sau un cerc (\u00een limite rezonabile, desigur). Chiar \u0219i o alegere mic\u0103 ofer\u0103 un sentiment de control.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00cencuraja\u021bi independen\u021ba:<\/strong> Permite\u021bi copilului s\u0103 fac\u0103 ceea ce poate face deja singur, chiar dac\u0103 va dura mai mult sau rezultatul nu va fi perfect. Nu v\u0103 gr\u0103bi\u021bi s\u0103 interveni\u021bi \u0219i s\u0103 face\u021bi \u00een locul lui. Legarea \u0219ireturilor, prepararea unui mic dejun simplu, alegerea hainelor \u2013 toate acestea sunt pa\u0219i c\u0103tre autonomie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Respecta\u021bi opinia \u0219i sentimentele:<\/strong> Asculta\u021bi copilul, chiar dac\u0103 nu sunte\u021bi de acord cu punctul s\u0103u de vedere. Da\u021bi-i ocazia s\u0103 se exprime. \u00cen loc de &#8222;Nu inventa, nu este deloc greu&#8221;, spune\u021bi: &#8222;V\u0103d c\u0103 aceast\u0103 sarcin\u0103 \u021bi se pare dificil\u0103. Hai s\u0103 ne g\u00e2ndim \u00eempreun\u0103 cum am putea-o simplifica?&#8221;. Recunoa\u0219terea sentimentelor copilului (&#8222;\u00cen\u021beleg c\u0103 e\u0219ti sup\u0103rat\/iritat&#8221;) \u00eel ajut\u0103 s\u0103 se simt\u0103 auzit \u0219i \u00een\u021beles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evita\u021bi controlul excesiv \u0219i micromanagerul:<\/strong> Instruc\u021biunile constante, verific\u0103rile \u0219i criticile ucid ini\u021biativa.
