C\u0103ci tocmai studiile de caz ne ajut\u0103 s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegem mai bine cum s\u0103 aplic\u0103m cuno\u0219tin\u021bele \u00een practic\u0103 \u0219i la ce rezultate ne putem a\u0219tepta. (Scurt\u0103 recapitulare)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Inteligen\u021ba emo\u021bional\u0103 (EQ) \u2013 este capacitatea unei persoane de a recunoa\u0219te, \u00een\u021belege propriile emo\u021bii \u0219i emo\u021biile altor persoane, precum \u0219i de a le gestiona pentru atingerea obiectivelor personale \u0219i sociale. Pentru copii, un nivel ridicat de EQ \u00eenseamn\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O mai bun\u0103 \u00een\u021belegere de sine \u0219i a propriilor nevoi.<\/li>\n<li>Capacitatea de a face fa\u021b\u0103 stresului \u0219i emo\u021biilor negative.<\/li>\n<li>Abilitatea de a construi rela\u021bii s\u0103n\u0103toase cu semenii \u0219i adul\u021bii.<\/li>\n<li>Performan\u021be \u0219colare mai bune \u0219i succes \u00een viitoarea carier\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Mai mult\u0103 empatie \u0219i compasiune fa\u021b\u0103 de ceilal\u021bi.<\/li>\n<li>Abilitatea de a lua decizii echilibrate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tocmai de aceea, sarcina p\u0103rin\u021bilor nu este doar de a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba copilul s\u0103 citeasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 scrie, ci \u0219i de a-l ajuta s\u0103 devin\u0103 o personalitate competent\u0103 emo\u021bional.
