\u00eentreg sensul. Este, \u00een acela\u0219i timp, form\u0103, imagine, structur\u0103 \u0219i integritate. La baza terapiei Gestalt st\u0103 ideea c\u0103 omul nu este un set de func\u021bii sau probleme separate, ci o fiin\u021b\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103, aflat\u0103 \u00eentr-un contact continuu cu lumea. C\u00e2nd acest contact este \u00eentrerupt, apare disconfortul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imagineaz\u0103-\u021bi c\u0103 ascul\u021bi o simfonie. Dac\u0103 din ea dispar c\u00e2teva note, melodia \u00ee\u0219i pierde sensul \u0219i pare \u201egre\u0219it\u0103\u201d. Exact a\u0219a se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u0219i \u00een via\u021b\u0103: fiecare eveniment trebuie s\u0103 tind\u0103 spre finalizare. Terapia Gestalt ne ajut\u0103 nu doar s\u0103 analiz\u0103m trecutul, ci s\u0103 \u00eel tr\u0103im din nou \u00eentr-un spa\u021biu sigur, pentru a pune \u00een sf\u00e2r\u0219it punctul final. <strong>Con\u0219tientizarea (awareness)<\/strong> este instrumentul principal care ne permite s\u0103 observ\u0103m unde anume am r\u0103mas \u201ebloca\u021bi\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Aspecte_cheie_ale_abordarii_Gestalt\"><\/span>Aspecte cheie ale abord\u0103rii Gestalt:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Figura \u0219i fondul:<\/strong> \u00cen fiecare moment, aten\u021bia noastr\u0103 selecteaz\u0103 ceva anume (figura), l\u0103s\u00e2nd restul \u00een plan secund (fondul). Aici apar conflictele, iubirea, resentimentele \u0219i dezvoltarea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Autoreglarea organismic\u0103:<\/strong> Psihicul nostru este \u00een\u021belept. \u0218tie cum s\u0103 se vindece singur, dac\u0103 \u00eencet\u0103m s\u0103-l mai bloc\u0103m cu propriile convingeri rigide \u0219i temeri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"de-ce-ne-amintim-lucrurile-neterminate\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"De_ce_ne_amintim_lucrurile_neterminate_efectul_Zeigarnik\"><\/span>De ce ne amintim lucrurile neterminate: efectul Zeigarnik<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Psihologul Bluma Zeigarnik a demonstrat \u00eenc\u0103 de la \u00eenceputul secolului XX un fenomen curios: memoria noastr\u0103 p\u0103streaz\u0103 mult mai bine informa\u021biile despre ac\u021biunile \u00eentrerupte dec\u00e2t despre cele finalizate. Este un mecanism biologic &#8211; creierul \u021bine \u201efi\u0219ierul\u201d deschis, a\u0219tept\u00e2nd comanda \u201egata\u201d. Problema este c\u0103 fi\u0219ierele emo\u021bionale pot r\u0103m\u00e2ne deschise timp de decenii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest lucru este deosebit de dureros \u00een rela\u021bii. Aceste micro-semnale ale corpului sunt calea cea mai scurt\u0103 c\u0103tre adev\u0103r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deseori devenim prizonierii propriilor tipare. De exemplu, o persoan\u0103 care nu a primit suficient\u0103 aten\u021bie \u00een copil\u0103rie poate crea incon\u0219tient <a href=\"https:\/\/emoharmony.info\/ro\/ce-inseamna-codependenta-in-relatii-si-cum-sa-te-eliberezi-de-ea\">ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 codependen\u021ba \u00een rela\u021bii<\/a>, \u00eencerc\u00e2nd s\u0103 acopere acea gaur\u0103 veche prin intermediul partenerului. Nu suntem monoli\u021bi. \u00cen noi tr\u0103ie\u0219te un \u201ecritic interior\u201d, un \u201ecopil r\u0103nit\u201d, un \u201eambi\u021bios orientat spre succes\u201d. Terapia Gestalt le propune s\u0103 se \u00eent\u00e2lneasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 discute.
