propriile standarde morale, normele societ\u0103\u021bii sau am provocat daune unei alte persoane. Este un \u201eliant\u201d socio-emo\u021bional care ne ajut\u0103 s\u0103 facem parte dintr-o comunitate, s\u0103 ne corect\u0103m comportamentul \u0219i s\u0103 men\u021binem rela\u021biile. Ea ofer\u0103 energie pentru ac\u021biune. <strong>Vina distructiv\u0103 (toxic\u0103)<\/strong>, dimpotriv\u0103, ne scufund\u0103 \u00een sentimentul propriei insuficien\u021be. Ea \u0219opte\u0219te: \u201eTu <strong>e\u0219ti<\/strong> rea\u201d, fix\u00e2ndu-ne pe o imagine negativ\u0103 a noastr\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 a l\u0103sa spa\u021biu pentru \u00eendreptare. Adesea ne asum\u0103m responsabilitatea pentru emo\u021biile sau reac\u021biile altor persoane, ceea ce reprezint\u0103 o ap\u0103rare psihologic\u0103 nes\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103. Chiar dac\u0103 rezultatul a fost negativ, a\u021bi f\u0103cut-o cu inten\u021bie rea? De obicei, nu. Chiar sunt acestea valorile mele?
