Ne-am obi\u0219nuit s\u0103 alerg\u0103m, s\u0103 realiz\u0103m, s\u0103 rezolv\u0103m, dar oare mai \u0219tim pur \u0219i simplu <em>s\u0103 fim<\/em>? \u0218tim s\u0103 ne oprim nu atunci c\u00e2nd puterile sunt deja epuizate, ci atunci c\u00e2nd corpul abia \u00eencepe s\u0103 \u0219opteasc\u0103 despre oboseal\u0103?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Psihosomatica ne \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 c\u0103 fiecare emo\u021bie neexprimat\u0103, fiecare stres reprimat se a\u0219az\u0103 \u00een corpul nostru sub form\u0103 de blocaje musculare. Dar exist\u0103 o veste bun\u0103: acest proces este reversibil. Relax\u00e2nd corpul, putem vindeca sufletul. Tocmai despre acest instrument uimitor de autoreglare &#8211; antrenamentul autogen &#8211; vom vorbi ast\u0103zi, iar <strong>despre asta mai departe pe <a Totu\u0219i, diferen\u021ba este colosal\u0103. AA este un proces activ, este <strong>o munc\u0103 con\u0219tient\u0103 cu propriul sistem nervos<\/strong>. Aceast\u0103 metod\u0103 a fost dezvoltat\u0103 de medicul german Johann Schultz \u00eenc\u0103 la \u00eenceputul secolului XX. Observ\u00e2nd pacien\u021bii sub hipnoz\u0103, el a remarcat o legitate interesant\u0103: c\u00e2nd omul intr\u0103 \u00eentr-o stare de calm profund, simte invariabil dou\u0103 reac\u021bii fizice &#8211; greutate \u00een corp \u0219i o c\u0103ldur\u0103 pl\u0103cut\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schultz a pus o \u00eentrebare genial\u0103: oare se pot provoca aceste senza\u021bii de sine st\u0103t\u0103tor, f\u0103r\u0103 hipnotizator, \u0219i va duce acest lucru la calmarea sistemului nervos? R\u0103spunsul a fost afirmativ: \u201eDa\u201d. Aceasta a stat la baza metodei. Noi nu doar \u201ene relax\u0103m\u201d, noi ne comut\u0103m creierul din modul \u201elupt\u0103 sau fugi\u201d (simptomele c\u0103ruia sunt b\u0103t\u0103ile accelerate ale inimii, transpira\u021bia rece, tensiunea) pe modul \u201eodihne\u0219te-te \u0219i diger\u0103\u201d (sistemul nervos parasimpatic).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fiziologia_calmului_ce_se_intampla_in_interior\"><\/span>Fiziologia calmului: ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00een interior?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd practica\u021bi antrenamentul autogen, \u00een organismul vostru au loc schimb\u0103ri m\u0103surabile, reale:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sc\u0103derea nivelului de cortizol.<\/strong> Hormonul stresului \u00ee\u0219i \u00eenceteaz\u0103 ac\u021biunea distructiv\u0103 asupra celulelor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Normalizarea tensiunii.<\/strong> Vasele de s\u00e2nge se dilat\u0103 (tocmai asta sim\u021bim ca o c\u0103ldur\u0103), \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bind circula\u021bia sangvin\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Relaxarea muscular\u0103.<\/strong> Senza\u021bia de greutate este un semnal c\u0103 mu\u0219chii scheletici s-au relaxat complet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sincronizarea ritmurilor cerebrale.<\/strong> Trecerea pe undele alfa, care r\u0103spund de starea de calm creativ \u0219i refacere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pregatirea_pentru_practica_cream_spatiul_tacerii\"><\/span>Preg\u0103tirea pentru practic\u0103: cre\u0103m spa\u021biul t\u0103cerii<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cenainte de a trece la formulele de autosugestie, este important s\u0103 preg\u0103tim funda\u021bia.
