De ce pare c\u0103 &#8222;pilotul&#8221; nostru interior dispare, iar noi \u00eencepem s\u0103 ac\u021bion\u0103m dup\u0103 ni\u0219te reguli ciudate, de-a dreptul ira\u021bionale?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu este vorba despre sl\u0103biciunea noastr\u0103, ci despre modul uimitor \u00een care func\u021bioneaz\u0103 psihicul. Acesta are propriile sale instrumente de supravie\u021buire, ad\u00e2nc \u00eenr\u0103d\u0103cinate, concepute pentru un singur scop: s\u0103 ne protejeze de durerea emo\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i de anxietate. Aceste instrumente, cunoscute sub numele de mecanisme de ap\u0103rare psihic\u0103, func\u021bioneaz\u0103 ca un scut invizibil pe care \u00eel ridic\u0103m automat c\u00e2nd sim\u021bim o amenin\u021bare. Ne-au salvat \u00een copil\u0103rie, dar \u00een via\u021ba de adult pot deveni sursa multor probleme, bloc\u00e2ndu-ne adev\u0103rata evolu\u021bie. Despre cum s\u0103 recunoa\u0219tem aceste capcane ale auto-am\u0103girii \u0219i cum s\u0103 ne rec\u0103p\u0103t\u0103m controlul asupra reac\u021biilor emo\u021bionale, vom discuta mai \u00een am\u0103nunt <a href=\"https:\/\/emoharmony.info\/ro\">pro cel mai departe pe EmoHarmony<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen\u021belegerea acestor mecanisme este primul \u0219i cel mai important pas c\u0103tre con\u0219tientizare \u0219i echilibru interior. Doar cunosc\u00e2nd inamicul (sau, mai bine zis, ap\u0103r\u0103torul nostru prea zelos) putem reajusta modul s\u0103u de func\u021bionare. Ele apar acolo unde exist\u0103 un conflict \u00eentre &#8222;vreau&#8221; (Id), &#8222;trebuie&#8221; (Supra-Ego) \u0219i realitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cand_Apararea_Devine_un_Obstacol\"><\/span>C\u00e2nd Ap\u0103rarea Devine un Obstacol<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen situa\u021bii critice (traum\u0103, pericol), MA ne salveaz\u0103. Dar c\u00e2nd le folosim \u00een via\u021ba de zi cu zi, ele \u00eencep s\u0103 ne distorsioneze percep\u021bia asupra lumii \u0219i asupra noastr\u0103 \u00een\u0219ine.
