Bullying &#8211; este cuv\u00e2ntul care ne sperie pe fiecare dintre noi, p\u0103rin\u021bii. Vrem s\u0103 credem c\u0103 este doar o &#8222;ne\u00een\u021belegere&#8221;, c\u0103 copiii &#8222;se vor descurca singuri&#8221;. Dar armonia \u00een familie \u00eencepe cu adev\u0103rul. Bullying-ul nu este un conflict. Conflictul presupune egalitate de for\u021be \u0219i dorin\u021ba de a g\u0103si o solu\u021bie. Bullying-ul este o <strong>violen\u021b\u0103 con\u0219tient\u0103, sistematic\u0103<\/strong> (fizic\u0103 sau psihologic\u0103), unde o parte are un avantaj asupra celeilalte \u0219i \u00eel folose\u0219te pentru a umili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Psihologii identific\u0103 mai multe tipuri de bullying, \u0219i nu toate las\u0103 v\u00e2n\u0103t\u0103i pe corp. Cele mai dureroase r\u0103ni sunt adesea invizibile:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fizic:<\/strong> lovituri, \u00eembr\u00e2ncituri, distrugerea bunurilor. Este ceea ce observ\u0103m cel mai repede.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verbal:<\/strong> porecle, batjocur\u0103, critici crude. Cuvintele pot distruge stima de sine mai repede dec\u00e2t durerea fizic\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Social (izolare):<\/strong> ignorare, boicot, r\u0103sp\u00e2ndirea b\u00e2rfelor. &#8222;Tu nu e\u0219ti cu noi&#8221; &#8211; cea mai \u00eenfrico\u0219\u0103toare fraz\u0103 pentru un copil care t\u00e2nje\u0219te dup\u0103 apartenen\u021b\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cyberbullying:<\/strong> h\u0103r\u021buirea pe internet, care urm\u0103re\u0219te copilul chiar \u0219i acas\u0103, \u00een propria sa camer\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Semnale_de_alarma_cum_sa_recunosti_ca_copilul_sufera\"><\/span>Semnale de alarm\u0103: cum s\u0103 recuno\u0219ti c\u0103 copilul sufer\u0103<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Instinctul nostru p\u0103rintesc este cel mai puternic instrument. Dar uneori copiii tac pentru c\u0103 le este ru\u0219ine, fric\u0103 sau consider\u0103 c\u0103 merit\u0103 un astfel de tratament. Reac\u021bia voastr\u0103 va deveni fundamentul pentru vindecarea lui. Prima regul\u0103: <strong>calma\u021bi-v\u0103 propriile emo\u021bii<\/strong>. Furia voastr\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de agresori (de\u0219i complet justificat\u0103) poate speria copilul \u0219i mai mult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cembr\u0103\u021bi\u0219a\u021bi-l. Crea\u021bi o senza\u021bie fizic\u0103 de siguran\u021b\u0103. Spune\u021bi cele mai imporante cuvinte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8222;Te cred. Nu e\u0219ti vinovat(\u0103) pentru ceea ce s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat. E bine c\u0103 mi-ai povestit. Vom rezolva asta \u00eempreun\u0103.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Evita\u021bi \u00eentreb\u0103rile de genul &#8222;De ce nu ai dat \u00eenapoi?&#8221; sau &#8222;Poate i-ai provocat tu?&#8221;. Acest lucru transfer\u0103 responsabilitatea asupra victimei. \u00cen schimb, folosi\u021bi tehnici de ascultare activ\u0103. Vizita la \u0219coal\u0103<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Merge\u021bi la diriginte sau la director nu cu preten\u021bii, ci cu o cerere de colaborare. &#8222;Copilul meu nu se simte \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103. Cum putem remedia acest lucru?&#8221;. L\u0103uda\u021bi-l pentru m\u0103run\u021bi\u0219uri, aminti\u021bi-i de punctele sale forte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O aten\u021bie deosebit\u0103 trebuie acordat\u0103 dinamicii familiale, dac\u0103 nu ave\u021bi o familie &#8222;clasic\u0103&#8221;.
