Pentru a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba s\u0103 le accept\u0103m, trebuie mai \u00eent\u00e2i s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegem <strong>de ce nu le primim<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sindromul_impostorului_vocea_tacuta_care_sopteste_%C2%ABNu_meriti%C2%BB\"><\/span>Sindromul impostorului: vocea t\u0103cut\u0103 care \u0219opte\u0219te \u00abNu meri\u021bi\u00bb<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sindromul impostorului (Imposter Syndrome) nu este o boal\u0103, ci un tipar psihologic stabil \u00een care o persoan\u0103 nu este capabil\u0103 s\u0103-\u0219i \u00eensu\u0219easc\u0103 realiz\u0103rile, sim\u021bindu-se constant ca un \u0219arlatan care \u00eei \u00een\u0219eal\u0103 pe ceilal\u021bi \u00een privin\u021ba abilit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i inteligen\u021bei sale. Dac\u0103 e\u0219ti l\u0103udat\u0103 pentru o munc\u0103, apare teama subcon\u0219tient\u0103 c\u0103 data viitoare trebuie s\u0103 faci \u0219i mai bine, iar aceasta este deja o presiune.
