Imagina\u021bi-v\u0103 un triunghi, unde fiecare v\u00e2rf o influen\u021beaz\u0103 pe celelalte dou\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>G\u00e2nduri (Cogni\u021bii):<\/strong> Ceea ce ne spunem (de exemplu: <strong>\u00abVoi e\u0219ua\u00bb<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Emo\u021bii (Tr\u0103iri):<\/strong> Cum reac\u021bion\u0103m (de exemplu: <strong>Anxietate<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comportament (Ac\u021biuni):<\/strong> Ceea ce facem (de exemplu: <strong>Evitarea sarcinii<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd apare o situa\u021bie stresant\u0103, <strong>g\u00e2ndul nostru negativ automat<\/strong> (GNA) declan\u0219eaz\u0103 o reac\u021bie \u00een lan\u021b. Dac\u0103 ne g\u00e2ndim: <strong>&#8222;Aceast\u0103 prezentare este un dezastru, nu o s\u0103 m\u0103 descurc&#8221;<\/strong>, sim\u021bim fric\u0103 \u0219i anxietate, iar comportamentul nostru poate deveni rigid, ceea ce, la r\u00e2ndul s\u0103u, confirm\u0103 g\u00e2ndul negativ ini\u021bial. Restructurarea cognitiv\u0103 ne permite s\u0103 <strong>intervenim con\u0219tient<\/strong> \u00een acest \u0219ablon, \u00eenlocuind premisa fals\u0103 cu una echilibrat\u0103 \u0219i realist\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Etapele_Restructurarii_Cognitive_Drumul_Pas_cu_Pas_catre_Liniste\"><\/span>Etapele Restructur\u0103rii Cognitive: Drumul Pas cu Pas c\u0103tre Lini\u0219te<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Procesul de schimbare a g\u00e2ndurilor necesit\u0103 r\u0103bdare \u0219i practic\u0103. Nu este o pilul\u0103 magic\u0103, ci o <strong>munc\u0103 asidu\u0103, con\u0219tient\u0103<\/strong> asupra dialogului nostru interior.
