Aceste cuvinte r\u0103sun\u0103 \u00een suflet cu t\u0103cere, goliciune \u0219i o durere care pare atotcuprinz\u0103toare. C\u00e2nd ne confrunt\u0103m cu moartea, lumea parc\u0103 se crap\u0103, iar noi r\u0103m\u00e2nem pe ruinele vie\u021bii obi\u0219nuite, \u00eencerc\u00e2nd s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegem cum s\u0103 respir\u0103m mai departe. Este \u0219i <strong>frica<\/strong> de viitor, \u0219i o <strong>singur\u0103tate<\/strong> profund\u0103, atotcuprinz\u0103toare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Psihologia define\u0219te doliul ca pe o <strong>reac\u021bie complexa la pierdere<\/strong>. Acesta afecteaz\u0103 nu doar emo\u021biile noastre, ci \u0219i g\u00e2ndurile, corpul \u0219i comportamentul nostru social. Este un proces de adaptare la o nou\u0103 realitate, \u00een care o persoan\u0103 important\u0103 pentru noi nu mai este fizic al\u0103turi. Este important de \u00een\u021beles: doliul nu este un semn de sl\u0103biciune. Este dovada c\u0103 leg\u0103tura a fost real\u0103 \u0219i profund\u0103. Acest model a fost un progres util la vremea sa, dar ast\u0103zi psihologii \u00eel privesc mult mai flexibil. Prefer s\u0103 m\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc la ele nu ca la ni\u0219te &#8222;trepte&#8221; rigide, succesive, care trebuie parcurse una dup\u0103 alta, ci mai degrab\u0103 ca la ni\u0219te <strong>&#8222;nuan\u021be ale experien\u021bei&#8221;<\/strong>, care se pot amesteca, repeta \u0219i ap\u0103rea \u00eentr-o ordine haotic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu exist\u0103 un &#8222;program corect&#8221; al doliului. Pute\u021bi sim\u021bi acceptare \u00eentr-o zi, iar a doua zi s\u0103 v\u0103 trezi\u021bi plini de furie sau triste\u021be profund\u0103. \u0218i acest lucru este absolut normal. Aceasta nu este depresie clinic\u0103 (de\u0219i se poate transforma \u00een ea), ci o reac\u021bie natural\u0103 la con\u0219tientizarea realit\u0103\u021bii pierderii.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Acceptare<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Nu este despre &#8222;m\u0103 simt bine&#8221; sau &#8222;am uitat totul&#8221;. Este despre con\u0219tientizarea: &#8222;S-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021b s\u0103 tr\u0103iesc cu asta&#8221;. Nu este &#8222;ceva ce \u021bi-ai imaginat&#8221;, este o reac\u021bie psihosomatic\u0103 real\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iat\u0103 cum poate reac\u021biona corpul dumneavoastr\u0103 la doliu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Oboseal\u0103 cronic\u0103:<\/strong> V\u0103 pute\u021bi sim\u021bi absolut epuiza\u021bi, chiar dac\u0103 nu a\u021bi f\u0103cut nimic.
