Sim\u021bim c\u0103 munca noastr\u0103 suntem noi \u00een\u0219ine, iar orice indica\u021bie de e\u0219ec este perceput\u0103 ca un <strong>atac personal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 \u0219i tu te confrun\u021bi cu aceast\u0103 senza\u021bie de \u201einim\u0103 str\u00e2ns\u0103\u201d dup\u0103 o \u0219edin\u021b\u0103 sau un apel de la \u0219ef, s\u0103 \u0219tii: nu e\u0219ti singur\/\u0103. Este o reac\u021bie fireasc\u0103 a creierului nostru, care, evolutiv, este \u00eenclinat s\u0103 perceap\u0103 critica drept o amenin\u021bare la adresa statutului social. Dar exist\u0103 o modalitate de a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba s\u0103 prime\u0219ti feedbackul <strong>calm, echilibrat \u0219i util<\/strong>, f\u0103r\u0103 a-i permite s\u0103-\u021bi ia p\u0103m\u00e2ntul de sub picioare? Desigur. Contopirea identit\u0103\u021bii cu rolul profesional<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen lumea modern\u0103, <strong>stima de sine<\/strong> este adesea legat\u0103 indisolubil de <strong>eficacitatea<\/strong> noastr\u0103. Suntem ceea ce facem. C\u00e2nd cineva critic\u0103 un raport, o prezentare sau un proiect, vocea noastr\u0103 interioar\u0103 interpreteaz\u0103 acest lucru ca: \u201eNu e\u0219ti suficient de bun\/\u0103\u201d. Sindromul impostorului, c\u00e2nd suntem convin\u0219i pe din\u0103untru c\u0103 succesul este doar o chestiune de timp p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd vom fi \u201edemasca\u021bi\u201d, ne face <strong>excesiv de sensibili<\/strong> la orice semnal extern. Critica constructiv\u0103 nu este perceput\u0103 \u00een acest caz ca o oportunitate, ci ca o sentin\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Reactia_de_aparare_%E2%80%9ELupta_sau_fugi%E2%80%9D\"><\/span>3. Reac\u021bia de ap\u0103rare &#8222;Lupt\u0103 sau fugi&#8221;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Critica este stres. Iar la stres, corpul nostru reac\u021bioneaz\u0103 activ\u00e2nd sistemul nervos simpatic. Rezultatul? Fie ne <strong>ap\u0103r\u0103m<\/strong> (ne cert\u0103m, ne justific\u0103m, atac\u0103m \u00eenapoi), fie <strong>\u00eempietrim<\/strong> (ne \u00eenchidem, \u00eencet\u0103m s\u0103 ascult\u0103m, ne deta\u0219\u0103m emo\u021bional). Este un semnal! <strong>Nu r\u0103spunde imediat<\/strong>. \u00cen schimb, aplic\u0103 o tehnic\u0103 simpl\u0103 de con\u0219tientizare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pauza (3 secunde):<\/strong> Opre\u0219te-te \u00eenainte de a spune ceva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inspir con\u0219tient:<\/strong> Trage aer ad\u00e2nc, lent, pe nas, sim\u021bind cum aerul \u00ee\u021bi umple abdomenul.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Expir con\u0219tient:<\/strong> Expir\u0103 lent pe gur\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Focalizare interioar\u0103:<\/strong> Direc\u021bioneaz\u0103-\u021bi aten\u021bia c\u0103tre cuvintele rostite, nu c\u0103tre emo\u021bia pe care au provocat-o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 mini-medita\u021bie te \u201e\u00eemp\u0103m\u00e2nteaz\u0103\u201d, trec\u00e2ndu-te din modul \u201eLupt\u0103 sau fugi\u201d \u00een modul <strong>\u201eAnalizeaz\u0103\u201d<\/strong>.
