tehnic\u0103 psihologic\u0103 de auto-ajutor, dezvoltat\u0103 \u00een anii 1990 de inginerul de la Stanford, Gary Craig. Se bazeaz\u0103 pe ideea c\u0103 <strong>cauza tuturor emo\u021biilor negative este o perturbare \u00een sistemul energetic al corpului<\/strong>. EFT combin\u0103 elemente de terapie cognitiv\u0103 (verbalizarea problemei) \u0219i stimulare somatic\u0103 (atingerea fizic\u0103 a corpului) prin b\u0103t\u0103i u\u0219oare cu v\u00e2rful degetelor pe anumite puncte de pe corp.
